The grape harvest is only the final act along the path of a KNOWLEGEABLE VITICULTURE, during the course of which we eliminated the use of herbicides, limited to a minimal amount the use of fertilizers and used all of our wisdom and cunning in order to optimize the vegetive-productive balance reached by the vines themselves.
The harvest is carried out in the months of September and October. The grapes are picked exclusively by hand and collected in small crates. They are kept separated by clone variety and by the field and are immediately sent to the cantina.
